Grass fire at Great Lines, Gillingham

Firefighters were called to reports of a grass fire last night.

Crews were sent to the scene at Great Lines Heritage Park in Gillingham, at around 8.50pm.

A spokesman for the fire service said: "Three fire engines were sent to the scene, and crews used flexi-packs and beaters to extinguish any flames.

"No casualties were reported."
