Hip-hop superstars N-Dubz will perform at Rochester's Castle
Concerts this summer.

The trio, Tulisa Contostavlos, her cousin Dino "Dappy"
Contostavlos, and childhood friend Richard "Fazer" Rawson, will
take the stage on Friday, July 15.

The group have sold more than 1.2 million copies of their 2008

debut album Uncle B and its 2009 follow-up, Against All Odds.

Between them, the three wrote, produced, mixed, mastered and

engineered both albums in their entirety.

They have amassed a huge fan base, with 100 million views on
YouTube, 680,000 friends on Facebook and 150,000 followers on
Twitter.

Also highly acclaimed within the music industry, they already
have four Mobo awards and a Brit nomination to their name.

They have released a bestselling book, Against All Odds: From
Street Life To Chart Life, and starred in the Channel 4 reality
series Being N-Dubz.

Last year their tour schedule included critically acclaimed
performances at Glastonbury, the Isle of Wight Festival, the Royal
Albert Hall and Wembley Arena.

This year, the group will be fitting their visit to Rochester
around their first UK arena tour and an appearance at the V
Festival.

The Castle Concerts kick off on Wednesday, July 13, with
new-wave legends Squeeze, followed by singer Peter Andre (pictured
right) on Thursday, July 14. Tickets for both gigs are selling
fast.

The Castle Proms return on Saturday, July 16, to complete the
line-up.

Cllr Howard Doe, Medway Council's portfolio holder for community
services, said: "N-Dubz have such a massive following that we
expect tickets to sell out very quickly, and I'm sure we'll be
welcoming young fans from far and wide.

"Along with the return of the hugely popular Castle Proms, this
year's line-up is possibly the most diverse and exciting in the
concerts' history."

Tickets for the Proms are £29.50 and go on sale today (Monday)at 10am.

Tickets for N-Dubz cost £29.50 and go on sale on March 22, at 10am. No alcohol can be brought into the grounds and searches will be carried out. There will be a bar on site for over-18s.

Tickets for Squeeze and Peter Andre are still available at£32.50.
