A large police presence was reported in a residential street.
Officers were called before 1.30pm to Foord Street in Rochester with several patrols seen parked up in the road.
Officers arrived in at least four cars and a van and carried out inquiries at a house throughout the morning.
Unconfirmed reports suggest the officers have unearthed a cannabis farm.
Police have been contacted for further information.
