Drink drivers and a man who assaulted a police officer among latest results from Medway Magistrates' Court

Medway area defendants brought before the courts recently include:

Tracey Blick, 48, of Cuxton Road, Strood , failing to provide a specimen of breath, fined £200, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months, ordered to pay £1,050 costs.

Thomas Clark, 23, of Charter Street, Chatham , damaging property, offending whilst on suspended sentence, committed to prison for 85 days suspended for 12 months, community order made, ordered to carry out 120 hours unpaid work, ordered to pay £1,362 compensation.

Sonny Joe Holderness, 22, of Osprey Avenue, Gillingham , speeding, fined £100, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with three points.

Jason Barron, 32, of Hollingbourne Road, Gillingham , failing to comply with community order, order varied, ordered to carry out 15 hours unpaid work and pay £60 costs.

Arbap Holup, 21, of Lester Road, Chatham , failing to comply with community order, order varied, ordered to carry out 30 hours unpaid work.

Steven James Pantony, 38, of Nightingale Close, Rainham , failing to comply with community order, order to continue, fined £50, ordered to pay £60 costs.

Emily Nichols, 39, of Marsh Street, Strood , driving while unfit through drink, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.

Scott Shephard, 29, of Wyatt Place, Rochester , drink driving, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 18 months.

David Sean Eldridge, 34, of Poplar Road, Strood , assaulting a police officer, fined £120, ordered to pay £50 compensation and £85 costs.

Neil Brooks, 50, of St Marys Walk, Burham , possession of cannabis and cannabis resin, conditionally discharged for 12 months, cannabis and cannabis resin forfeited and destroyed, ordered to pay £85 costs.

Akingbade Akinyele, 36, of Bright Road, Chatham , drink driving, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Steven Roy James Bell, 30, of Fallowfield, Chatham , fraud by false representation x2, conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay £280 compensation and £85 costs.

Laura Norton, 36, of Thorham Road, Twydall , failing to comply with supervision requirements, fined £40.

Sunjeet Katnoria, 23, of Rivenhall Way, Hoo St Werburgh , trespassing on the railway, fined £120, ordered to pay £85 costs.

Nigel Peter Crisp, of Herdsdown, Hoo St Werburgh , failing to comply with Town and Country Planning Act notice, fined £50, ordered to pay £300 costs.

Mariyan Petrov Tsvyatkov, 32, of St Albans Close, Gillingham , driving without insurance, fined £660, ordered to pay £300, driving record endorsed with six points.
