Medway area defendants brought before the courts recently include:

Tye John James Bealing, 33, of Pritchard Court, Gillingham, speeding, using a motor vehicle which is not compliant with tyre requirements x2, fined £740, ordered to pay £85, driving record endorsed with six points.

Craig Mallinder, 40, of Parkwood Green, Gillingham, failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver, fined £300, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Stefan Carol Mille, 29, of Listmas Road, Chatham, driving without due care and attention, speeding, fined £400, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

Jack William Wallace, 25, of Lord Duncan Court, Gillingham, speeding x2, fined £660, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with three points, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Luke Went, 26, of Johnson Avenue, Gillingham, driving without a licence, fined £450, ordered to pay £45 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Darren Garrett, 31, of Rosemary Close, Chatham, failing to give information related to the identification of a driver, fined £440, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

Hyusein Hyusein, 43, Dalton Court, Gillingham, driving without insurance, fined £350, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 21 days.

Arif Khan, 31, of Lambsfrith Grove, Hempstead, speeding, fined £780, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Anthony Owusu-Ansah, 28, of Britton Street, Gillingham, driving without insurance, using a motor vehicle which is not compliant with tyre requirements, fined £500, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.

Mark James Relf, 35, of Pannell Road, Isle of Grain, speeding, fined £106, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with three points.

Sukhchain Singh Thind, 70, of Bellwood Court, St Mary Hoo, speeding, find £440, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 12 months.

Jason Wells, 32, of Gillingham Road, Gillingham, fined £348, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 30 days.

Fefe Myatt, 29, of Duncan Road, Gillingham, assaulting an emergency worker, conditionally discharged for 12 months, ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Nathan Martyn Perfect, 27, of Bryant Street, Chatham, driving without insurance, fined £85, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for six months.

Benjamin David Richardson, 35, of Kingswear Gardens, Strood, drink driving, fined £80, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 22 months.

Steven Ross, 27, of Pegasus Way, Gillingham, drink driving, fined £480, ordered to pay £85 costs, disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence for 17 months.

Joe Ryder, 28, of Chatham Hill, Chatham, assault, community order made, ordered to carry out 100 hours' unpaid work and pay £85 costs.

John Selleck, 18, of Binney Road, Allhallows, possession of a bladed article in a public place, committed to prison for 120 days, ordered to pay £85 costs, knife forfeited and destroyed.

Glen Andrew Boorman, 38, of Herbert Road, Chatham, failing to comply with community requirements, ordered to pay £65 costs.

James Lewis, 27, of Luton Road, Chatham, assault, committed to prison for eight weeks suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £250 costs, ordered to pay £85 costs.

Anderson Onyeonora, 35, of Pier Road, Gillingham, damaging property, community order made, ordered to carry out 60 hours' unpaid work, ordered to pay £37.50 compensation and £42.50 costs.

Alberto Conversano, 38, of Corporation Road, Gillingham, production of cannabis, community order made, ordered to carry out 120 hours' unpaid work, ordered to pay £85 costs, cannabis plants forfeited and destroyed.

Harley Pat Hayes, 25, of Jenkins Dale, Chatham, possession of cannabis, fined £35, ordered to pay £85 costs, cannabis forfeited and destroyed.

Lucy Jones, 28, of Devon Close, Chatham, failing to give information relating to the identification of a driver, fined £80, ordered to pay £85 costs, driving record endorsed with six points.
