Lewis Capaldi and Rylan Clark-Neil wish Gillingham teen a happy birthday after watching her Supermarket Sweep video

A 15-year-old Lewis Capaldi fan went viral on Twitter after her mum created a Supermarket Sweep-themed trail, ending in her finding tickets to see the Scottish star live in concert for her birthday.

Hannah Keena-Scott is a huge fan of the Someone You Loved singer and TV game show Supermarket Sweep since its re-boot at Maidstone studios with presenter Rylan Clark-Neil.

Her mum Michelle and step-father Ben Keena decided to combine both for a surprise.

Mrs Keena said: "I surprised Hannah with Lewis Capaldi tickets.

"But it was Ben's idea for the clues and bringing Supermarket Sweep into her surprise.

"She loves the show so I did Hannah's birthday sweep to lead her to the tickets."

Just like in the hit game show the couple created clues, written in rhyming couplets, which directed Hannah on a trail around their home in Beresford Road, Gillingham.

She found different birthday presents, which hinted at the final big surprise.

First was a pair of funky sunglassess often sported by the chart-topping singer.

Then, the Robert Napier School pupil received a Lewis Capaldi CD and t-shirt with the Hold Me While You Wait singer's face emblazoned on the front.

Finally, she found a pink sparkly box containing the concert tickets, hidden behind the sofa.

Hannah was speechless and burst into tears of surprise and joy.

But the celebrity fun didn't stop there.

Hannah's brother Jack was filming the whole time, and he uploaded the video to Twitter.

It received thousands of retweets, likes and comments including two very special ones.

Lewis Capaldi replied with: "Made my day this, see you at the show xx"

And Supermarket Sweep presenter Rylan Clark-Neil said: "HBD [Happy Birthday] beautiful x"

Mrs Keena almost didn't pull the birthday surprise out the bag as she was the victim of a ticket scam.

She said: "I had previously been scammed on a Facebook page for tickets as this is a sell-out concert, so I had to make her aware of this.

"I said I’d been scammed and I no longer could get her tickets.

"Then my luck changed when checking a re-sale website and I managed to purchase three tickets for her.

"That’s one for her, her 20-year-old brother Jack and she could choose a friend.

"She loves Lewis and has done since he come on the scene on YouTube."

Hannah will be seeing Lewis Capaldi at Wembley Stadium on Thursday, March 12.

Today (October 7) is also Lewis Capaldi's 23rd Birthday.
