Lorry fire on M2 causes severe delays

A lorry fire caused major delays on the M2.

At its worst, three lanes were closed due to the blaze on the London-bound carriageway between Junction 3 for Blue Bell Hill and Junction 2 at the Medway Bridge.

At its peak, motorists were faced with hour-long queues, but all lanes have been reopened and traffic has returned to normal.
