Man assaulted near Casino Rooms nightclub in Rochester

A man was left with serious facial injuries after he was assaulted outside a nightclub.

The man, who was in his 20s, sustained serious facial injuries near the Casino Rooms nightclub in Blue Boar Lane, Rochester, on Sunday, December 1 at 3.20am.

Police are looking at CCTV and conducting inquiries in the area but have issued an appeal for more information.

Investigating officer, PC Amy Jeffrey of Medway CID said: "We believe there may be witnesses to this incident, however, they have not yet come forward.

Anyone who may have seen the assault, or has any information, is urged to call Kent Police on 01634 792209 quoting crime reference 46/229519/19.
