New Aldi in Chatham open its doors

A new Aldi store in Chatham opened its doors to customers for the first time today.

The 1,265sqm shop at Horsted Retail Park in Maidstone is run by store manager, Ben Kaila, along with a team of 45 colleagues from Medway, and opened at 8am this morning.

“It was lovely to welcome customers into Aldi Chatham this morning," said Mr Kaila. "The new store opened with social distancing guidelines in place to ensure the health and safety of our customers and colleagues. We would like to thank customers for their patience, support and for adhering to these safety measures.”

Store hours are 8am-10pm Monday to Saturday, and 10am-4pm on Sunday.
