Perhaps you know someone who went above and beyond for their patients, or someone who worked tirelessly to provide the best care they can.

The winner of the readers' award will be presented at the hospital's Best of People Awards at the Corn Exchange, Rochester on Friday, June 7.

James Devine, Medway NHS Foundation Trust chief executive, said: "We are very excited for this year’s Best of People awards which will celebrate our staff, who work exceptionally hard to provide the best of care for patients in Medway and Swale, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
