Emergency crews were called to Rochester after a man was found unconscious.
Police were called shortly after 5.15pm yesterday due to concern for a man found unconscious in the area of Warwick Crescent.
The man was treated by a South East Coast Ambulance Service crew.
Police say he had not suffered any injuries and there were no suspicious circumstances or offences reported.
