Residents experienced a power cut this morning.
Those living in Roebuck Road, Rochester, were affected by the outage.
It is estimated to have hit more than 30 homes and began last night about 11.30pm before coming back for a few seconds before going off again.
The disruption has been caused by a fault with an underground electricity cable.
The power was restored before 10.30am.
