Teenager taken to hospital after being hit by a taxi near Chatham Bus Station

A teenager suffered minor injuries after allegedly being hit by a taxi in Chatham.

Kent Police were called at 1.49pm yesterday after reports a pedestrian had been hit.

Paramedics attended the scene and treated the girl for injuries which have been described as minor.

She was taken to Medway Hospital for further medical attention.
