Charities and schools across the county will gain expert advice at the free and action-packed KM Charity Team Forum.
The event is being staged on Monday, October 3 and will include a multitude of interactive sessions and workshops designed to help good causes share best practice.
Opportunities available at the day include how to apply to become a KM Charity of the Year; how to request Treasure Chest prizes for charitable auctions and raffles; and how to optimise fundraising efforts with collaborative challenge events staged by the KM Charity Team such as the KM Big Bike Ride and KM Dragon Boat Race.
School staff and governors will also benefit from the forum too. Workshops developed for initiatives focused on literacy, green travel, road safety, health and wellbeing, and Pupil Voice will be in operation.
Simon Dolby, chief executive of the KM Charity Team, said: “The forum is packed with essential information that fellow charities, PTAs and schools can put into practice, and experts will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.”
He added: “We are keen for good causes to use our expansive range of award-winning services to their advantage. Optimise your fundraising efforts by collaborating with us!”
The KM Charity Team Forum is being staged at Mercure Great Danes Hotel, Ashford Road, Hollingbourne, Maidstone, Kent ME17 1RE
