You can help raise money for Kent Online’s charity of the year at a ‘monster’ new challenge event this Halloween.
The KM Charity Team’s inaugural Zombie Charge takes place at Betteshanger Park in Deal on Sunday, October 28, and Kent Online is urging people to take part on behalf of MCCH.
Maidstone-based MCCH provides much-needed support and services for people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health needs.
Zombie Charge participants will be issued with three life tags, and the challenge is to get round the 5km course before a horde of remorseless zombies strip them from you.
Organised in partnership with personal fitness business MY/PT, the event starts at 2pm.
Seventy per cent of the sponsorship money goes to your chosen good cause, and the rest will help fund the KM Charity Team’s charitable road-safety work with children.
Anybody who individually raises more than £200 will be entered into a draw to win a luxury spa day for two people.
You should be over 10 to take part, and anyone under 16 must have a responsible adult running with them. Under-18s do not need to fundraise.
