Seabrook Villas in Hythe: Discover these versatile and sociable living spaces!

Creative property firm Kiln and Cowl have recently completed their sympathetic development of Seabrook Villas in Hythe, which are available to view and purchase immediately.

The development comprises seven architecturally designed modern apartments ranging from one to three 3 bedrooms, offering versatile and sociable living spaces in an incredible location.

.

Situated between the seaside towns of Sandgate and Hythe, Seabrook Villas take full advantage of position and aspect. The apartments boast uninterrupted sea views from the first and second floors, and the vast windows to the front allow natural light to pour in.

Seabrook Villas offers spacious modern living in a coastal setting and the design is contemporary yet sympathetically retains certain original details of the building.

Kiln & Cowl is the resale arm of long standing local property firm The MPL Group, a family firm that has been active in the Southeast for over 30 years.

.

They have spent years investing, upgrading and improving the Rendezvous Street area of Folkestone, including the complete renovation of 20-22 Rendezvous Street (formally Oriental Buffet) and commissioning and maintaining the vibrant street art which covers 250 metres of wall at the back of 13-17 Rendezvous St, bringing a vibrancy and eye catching focal point to what used to be a dreary walk through.

Further art pieces have been commissioned for the Folkestone Triennial and will be installed outside the gift shop Moda.

Kiln and Cowl pride themselves in their sustainable development by deliberately keeping the existing building and renovating rather than levelling it. They continue to invest in the local areas and a focus on the quality of the properties themselves but also adding to the communities rather than just squeezing as many units into a plot as possible.

.

With their long history of restoring listed and unused buildings, the company always pays attention to ensure conversion works are carried out sympathetically to maintain the character and heritage of the building, whilst at the same time providing exciting and modern homes.

This ethos is also evident in their recent complete renovation of a dilapidated Oast, including re-building the missing third Kiln roof, which they now use as their high spec working space.

With similar emphasis on detail and preservation of an existing building, Seabrook Villas was developed by Kiln & Cowl in partnership with THA Architects, built out by Charisma Developments with design specifications led by Hall Villar Design and the whole build being carefully monitored by KCCL Quantity Surveyors. Each apartment has a dedicated parking space, and there are communal landscaped gardens to the rear.

.

Seabrook Villas provides relaxed, fluid living spaces, more spacious and of higher quality than similar new developments in the area. They are perfectly positioned to explore an area, rich with history and culture, as well as offering good transport links to London by train and mainland Europe by car / tunnel or ferry.
