Appeal after burglars steal ring and Huawei tablet from New Romney home

Police are appealing for witnesses after expensive items were stolen in a burglary.

Items including a vintage ring and a computer tablet were reported stolen following the burglary which took place at a property in Rome Road, between 2.30pm and 8.40pm.

The ring is described as a yellow metal band, similar to a wedding ring, with a stone in the centre.

The missing computer tablet is described as a small silver Huawei tablet.

Anyone who was in the area and saw anything suspicious, or has CCTV set up in the area which might have captured something of interest, is asked to call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting 46/146930/21.
