Missing man last seen in Lydd with connections to Folkestone could be in Rye

A missing man last seen wearing a black “beanie” hat may have travelled out of the county by foot or by bus.

Simon Carrion is suspected to have travelled through Romney and Lydd, along the B2075 Romney Road, in the direction of East Sussex.

The 57-year-old is last believed to be in Lydd on Monday (March 31).

He is described as being white, 6ft 3in, and of a slim build, with short grey hair and brown eyes.

Simon was last seen wearing a black ‘beanie’ hat, grey tracksuit bottoms, a dark-coloured shirt with buttons, and black trainers with white soles.

Police believe he is in the Rye High Street area but is known to have connections to Folkestone.
