Crash at Boarman's Lane and Tickner's Lane, Brookland

Police and paramedics have been called after a serious crash reportedly involving a car transporter in a rural road.

They have been sent to Boarman's Road at the junction of Tickner's Lane near the village of Brookland after the crash at 1.30pm.

It is reported that the scene will take several hours to be cleared. KCC Highways has posted: "Emergency services are at the scene and a KCC representative is en-route to assist.

"The police have advised the road is not expected to be opened before this evenings peak. This is to allow for vehicle recovery.

"Please use an alternate route and expect delays in the area."
