A busy route has reopened after a lorry overturned.
The crash happened on the A256 Ramsgate Road, near Richborough, Sandwich, shortly before 9am.
A spillage and debris from the collision were also blocking the route northbound.
The vehicle involved is understood to be from a septic tank and portable toilet disposal company.
Emergency services including police and ambulance crews were at the scene.
The driver of the lorry was treated by paramedics for minor injuries on site and then discharged from their care.
A police spokesman previously said: “Officers are currently at the scene of an overturned lorry on the A256, between Sandwich and Cliffsend, which was reported shortly after 9am on Wednesday 5 March 2025.
“The A256 is currently partially blocked northbound near Richborough.
“No serious injuries have been reported and emergency services are working to clear the road.”
Traffic information site Inix reported queuing traffic in the area.
It also said larger vehicles were forced to take a 26-mile diversion via Canterbury on the Ash Bypass.
Stagecoach warned customers that all services in the Sandwich area may be disrupted.
