Sevenoaks Town Council invites grant applications from the local community

Do you need extra funding to help with a voluntary project in Sevenoaks town?

If so there is just time to apply to Sevenoaks Town Council for a grant.

The council's Finance and General Purposes Committee offers grants to local voluntary or charitable organisations which provide services to residents within the Parish of Sevenoaks Town.

In addition the council's Youth Services Committee offers funding up to a maximum of

£250 for youth activities.

Only organisations which provide services that will directly benefit the area and residents of Sevenoaks wards of Town, Kippington, St Johns, Eastern, Wildernesse and Northern are eligible.

Additionally, applicants must have a written document setting out its aims and objectives and be established for charitable, benevolent or philanthropic purposes.

The deadline for all applications is Friday, January 10.

The Youth Services Committee will make its awards on Wednesday, February 12, and the Finance and General Purposes Committee on Monday, March 2.
