A man accused of causing the death of a 94-year-old woman has appeared in court.
Hannah Eady died after being run over in Hollybush Lane, Sevenoaks last year.
Sean Hill was later arrested and charged with causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving and driving with no insurance.
Wearing a dark blue suit, the 31-year-old did not enter a plea and spoke only to confirm his name and address during the short hearing at Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court.
Hill's case was committed to Maidstone Crown Court where he will appear for a preliminary hearing on Friday, September 4.
