A 13-year-old girl has been charged with criminal damage after damage estimated at more than £1,000 was caused to a bus in Sheerness.

On Thursday 22 February, a large amount of graffiti was reported to police after it was found on the bus at around 3.30pm.

Two girls and three boys were also spoken to by police about the damage and given official reprimands.

The 13-year-old will appear at Sittingbourne Magistrates Court on Thursday 19 April.
