People carrier damaged in Tesco car park

POLICE are appealing for witnesses after a red Mercedes Benz Vaneo people carrier in a supermarket car park was deliberately damaged.

The vehicle was parked in Tesco’s car park in Bridge Road, Sheerness, on Thursday, June 28, between 4.40pm and 5pm when the criminal damage occurred.

The passenger door of the vehicle was scratched by a key causing damage estimated at £200.
