A pub on the coast is to be sold at auction.
Clive Emson will be selling off the Talk of the Town pub in The Promenade in Leysdown.
It has a guide price of £350,000.
The venue is described as “close to arcades, shops and amenities.”
A pub and entertainment venue is on the ground floor and there are eight bedrooms above with balconies and a sea view accessible by a lift.
It goes under the hammer at the Clive Emson Conference Centre at the Kent Showground from 11am on Tuesday, September 10.
Chris and Jackie Prime closed the pub when they retired in October 2018.
