Youth keeper Lewis Frostick pulled off another penalty save on Saturday to help Sheerness East to a 2-1 win at Bromley Green.

Frostick (pictured) was the hero last week, after coming on as sub for injured Richard Huggin and saving two spot kicks, as East won a penalty shoot-out against Tudor Sports.

East were also helped by the return of striker Jamie Salvidge in the Kent County League Divison 1 East game and he opened the scoring with a speculative effort.

Bromley levelled just four minutes later though.

Ten minutes into the second half a push in the box resulted in a Bromley penalty. Frostick denied them with a full length save and Darren Brown cleared.

Matt Whiting scored the winner as he closed down a clearance from the home keeper, won the ball and slotted into an empty net.

AFC Sheppey won their home match against Kennington 3-0.

Sheppey six sixth in the table and Sheerness are one place and two points behind in seventh.

This weekend sees Sheppey host Woodstock Park and East entertain University of Kent. Both games kick-off at 2pm.
