Sheerness East’s survival hopes suffered a blow when they lost 2-1 against Cray Valley in the Kent County League, Premier Division on Saturday. Ben O’Neill scored their goal.

Dave Down's (pictured right) side remain rooted to the bottom of the table and have only three matches left to try and maintain their Premier Division status.

They travel to play Rusthall on Saturday before facing Hollands & Blair on Monday.

The Island side are at home in their final game against Orpington on May 9.
