A 32-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, both from Bromley, were arrested on Thursday, March 9, and Wednesday, March 15, respectively on suspicion of assault.

It is thought a dog was urged to harm the victim before both left the scene in a black vehicle.

The pair have since been bailed - with the man returning on May 25 and the woman returning on May 26.

Footage of the incident, which shows an altercation between two women while a man, who appears to be eating a McFlurry, watches on, was previously seen by KentOnline.

One woman was taken to hospital with a serious facial injury, which was described as "potentially life-threatening".
