A block of flats is up for sale for almost £6 million.
The former office building now called Springfield Place, in London Road, Sittingbourne, has gone on the market.
Also known as Economic House, the three-storey apartment building is next to Kamsons Pharmacy near the town centre.
It has a total of 35 flats, 30 one-bedroom, one three-bedroom and two two-bedroom.
It also was given planning permission for a two-storey extension for nine more flats and 20 extra parking spaces, adding onto the 39 that are already there.
This was granted by Swale council in August 2020.
It had previously been an office building which had been granted permission by the authority in 1997.
It was converted into an apartment block after a change of use application – which did not need council approval – in January 2019.
It is now being sold by Calibre Estates for £5,950,000.
The agents say the lot already generates an annual income of £402,900.
It added: “This investment is ideal for those looking to bolster their portfolio with a robust and promising asset in a sought-after location.”
