Police say they have recorded a vehicle passing by an unmarked car at speeds of 112mph.
The Kent Police roads policing unit tweeted about the incident which happened on the A249 near Sittingbourne earlier.
According to the social media post, the BMW had only been picked up an hour prior to being being stopped.
Kent Police has been approached for further comment.
