The area from which residents choose their MP is set to remain the same.
The Sittingbourne and Sheppey parliamentary constituency is the only one in Kent not facing changes.
The Boundary Commission has been charged with revamping the way people are elected to Westminster.
It has redrawn the electoral map based on the proposal every seat contains no more or less than 5% of the average electorate of 76,641.
The news has been welcomed by MP Gordon Henderson.
He said: "I’m delighted, if this is the way it remains, because here we are a particularly unique constituency.
"I suppose the only potential change could have been losing Hartlip, Upchurch and Newington which I would been sad to see go from my constituency as I have built up good relationships in the area over the years.
"But if they’d done that they would have had to bring in a ward from somewhere else, so it’s all swings and roundabouts."
However, the sweeping changes across Kent could see the Faversham and Mid Kent constituency, held by Olympics minister Hugh Robertson, disappear.
Its electorate could be split between Canterbury and a re-shaped Tonbridge constituency.
Other changes proposed include the two existing constituencies in Thanet being redrawn.
The Medway Towns will continue to have three MPs but there are proposed name changes and new boundaries for all.
Rochester and Strood could become Rochester but will take Chatham Central ward from the Chatham and Aylesford seat.
Chatham and Aylesford will retain 11 of its existing wards and additionally take a ward from Gillingham and Rainham and two from Tonbridge and Malling.
In west Kent, there will be significant changes in Maidstone where the seat held by Helen Grant effectively loses its wards in The Weald.
A consultation over the proposals will take place over the next three months with the final plans being in place by 2013 in time for the election in 2015.
