Body found in Ramsgate house as police and ambulances called to Addington Road

A man's body has been found after paramedics were called to a house this morning.

Police say the death is not suspicious after the grim discovery in Ramsgate.

A spokesman said the man, believed to be aged in his 20s, was found deceased at the scene when an ambulance was called to the property in Addington Street.

His family have been informed and a report is being prepared for the coroner after officers were called shortly after 11.15am.

A police spokesman said: "The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report is being prepared for the coroner."

The victim is the third body to be discovered in homes in Thanet this week after a woman was found on Monday in Cliftonville.

Ben Seed's body was found later the same day as tributes were paid to the 30-year-old father and popular tattoo artist from Margate.
