Boy robbed in broad daylight by gang of teenagers as he walked along Marine Gardens in Margate

A boy has been robbed in broad daylight by a gang of teenagers aged around 13 as he walked along the seafront with a friend.

The victim was in Marine Gardens in Margate on Saturday at 1.30pm with a girl when they were approached by a group of boys.

He was assaulted and his phone, a gold-coloured Alcatel mobile phone, was stolen.

The gang then walked away towards the High Street.

One of the suspects is aged 13 or 14 years old with a medium build and black short straight hair. He wore a black, padded zip-up coat with the hood up, and black tracksuit bottoms.

A second suspect is a similar age with a slim build and short ginger hair. He wore a grey hooded top and grey trousers.
