Council chiefs are appealing for help in finding two vandals captured on CCTV daubing their 'tags' on a sea wall.

Thanet District Council tweeted a video of the a man and a woman tagging the wall in Margate .

The incident happened at the Kings Steps on the seafront on Tuesday, September 22.

A spokesman for Thanet District Council enforcement said: "We'd like the public's help to identify the people seen tagging 'SIVI' and 'RANTI'.

"If you can confirm these criminals' identities, contact sse@thanet.gov.uk in confidence."
