Emergency services descended on a hospital after a person was spotted on the roof.
Firefighters, police and paramedics were called to The QEQM hospital in Margate amid concerns for the individual.
It is understood a person had got onto the roof of the St Peter’s Road site at about 3pm yesterday, prompting the arrival of four fire engines, a height vehicle and multiple officers.
The person was safely brought down just after 4.30pm where they were handed over to paramedics.
A spokesperson for the fire service added: “Kent Fire and Rescue Service was called yesterday afternoon to reports of a person on the roof of the Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital in Margate.
“Four fire engines and a height vehicle attended, and crews worked with Kent Police, to bring the person to safety, where they were then handed into the care of SECamb paramedics.”
