A man said to be “behaving inappropriately” near a school has sparked a police probe.

Officers were called to the high street area of St Lawrence, Ramsgate, after concerns were raised about a man’s behaviour near Ellington Infant School.

A police spokesman said: “It was reported shortly before 3pm yesterday a man was suspected to be behaving inappropriately.

“Officers attended the area and inquiries into the report are ongoing.”
