Attack in Ramsgate sparks police appeal as man left with head injuries

A man has been taken to hospital with head injuries after an attack at a flat.

Police were called to the property in Royal Road, Ramsgate , following reports of an altercation.

A man in his 40s was found with head injuries at the scene just after 9pm on Saturday.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.

A 25-year-old man was later arrested on suspicion of assault and has since been bailed until November 10.

Detectives are now appealing for information that may help their investigation into the incident.
