In the clip, which lasts three minutes 20 seconds, a male demands the man videoing calls an ambulance for his friend on the floor.

But his request is refused by the person recording who says: "After you've been trying to kick my door in, second Thursday on the trot, I'm doing nothing because you've got you own phone.

"Baring in mind this is 3.30am, why don't you get your mate up and take him home."

This enrages the man on the streets, who launches a barrage of abuse.

He says: "My mate's on the floor and you're doing nothing."

The condition of the man's friend, who appears to be called Mason, is not known.
