Police released an image of a man they wished to speak to following an alleged assault near a beachfront.

The incident reportedly took place at the Sun Deck on Royal Crescent Promenade in Margate just after 9.30pm on Saturday (May 17).

A woman and a man are said to have been assaulted, although no injuries were sustained.

Police released an image of a man they wish to speak with who may have information to assist the investigation.

On May 27, police said officers are no longer looking to identify the man.
