Birchington: Police investigating three assaults in Station Road

Three people have been injured in a late night attack.

Police are investigating after a report of a disturbance in Station Road, Birchington at around midnight on Saturday.

Three people received minor injuries and officers are currently carrying out enquiries to establish the circumstances.

It follows a report from one resident who said that two women were victims of the attack, with one suffering a broken nose and a black eye.

There were also allegations a woman was stamped on.

Police have been approached for more details on the injuries but these have not yet been confirmed.

No arrests have been made.
