A road has reopened after a car crashed into a tree this morning.

Police were at the scene in The Lanes, Minster, near the junction with Bedlam Court Lane.

Traffic information site Inrix said the route was partially blocked, and warned motorists to approach the scene with care.

A police spokesman said: “We were called shortly before 7am today following a report that a car had collided with a tree in The Lanes, Minster, near Ramsgate.

“Officers are currently in attendance.

“No serious injuries have been reported.”
