A man has been attacked at a park by a pair of thugs in the early hours of this morning.

Police were called to a report of an assault in Dane Park, Margate, at 2.25am today.

The man also had his mobile phone destroyed by the two men.

Officers and paramedics attended the scene near Dane Road - and the man was treated at the scene.
