Dashcam footage sought after fishing bait thrown at woman in Tonbridge

A bag of fishing bait was thrown at a woman in Tonbridge.

Police are now appealing for dashcam footage after the indcident in Cannon Lane.

It happened at around 4.40pm last Monday. Fortunately no serious injuries were sustained.

The fishbait was thrown from a dark blue or green van that was travelling towards Hadlow Road.

The victim, a woman in her 20s, was standing on a traffic island in the middle of the road, next to the Cannon Lane Retail Park.

Officers would like to hear from motorists who may have dashcam footage that was filmed in Cannon Lane between 4.35pm and 4.45pm that day.
