Mrs Beedle, from Faversham, was a finalist in the series seven Bake Off and won the Christmas Bake Off special in 2018.

During the online bake-along which takes place on Thursday, February 11, she will be showing participants how to make a deliciously rich caramel, strawberry and chocolate tart – the perfect treat for Valentine’s Day on Sunday.

Mrs Beedle, from Faversham, said: "I'm delighted to be able to support a local charity that does such important work in helping disabled children and their families.

"The bake along events are always great fun - come along and make an indulgent cake for Valentine's Day!"

The charity's CEO Gill Gibb said: "We are very grateful to Jane for her support and really looking forward to the event. Come along, have some fun, create some delicious Valentine’s goodies while also raising funds for the families we support."
