The toilets are listed as Lot 39 in a forthcoming online property auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

They carry a guide price of £60,000.

For those looking for a more conventional purchase, the same sale has a ground floor flat at 4 Dickens Court in Station Road, Staplehurst.

The two bedroom flat, immediately opposite the new Sainsbury's store, comes with its own parking space. It is currently let to a sitting tenant at £8,400 per annum.
