The two-storey Grade II-listed building has been given an asking price of £475,000 by estate agents Fleurets.

It has a kitchen and accommodation on the first floor, as well as a beer garden and large outbuildings.

The pub has a capacity of 30 for the seating out front, and around 70 at the rear.

There is also a car park with space for around eight vehicles, and further on-road spaces.

In the listing, Fleurets bosses describe it as a Victorian building with external elevations of brick featuring a large bay window, stone mullion windows and half-timbered gables to the front elevation, under pitched tiled roofs.

“There is a single-storey extension to the side and a range of outbuildings to the rear, presently used as storage but offering additional potential, subject to any necessary consents being obtained,” they add.

“We consider this to be an attractive opportunity with plenty of potential for experienced publicans in particular.”
