A crash between a van and two cars lead to a busy road being closed in both directions for more than five hours..

The accident in Vauxhall Lane happened at 3.30pm. The road is used by motorists moving between the A21 for Tonbridge and the A26 London Road for Tunbridge Wells.

Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended but fortunately only one person suffered any injuries and the were said to be minor.

It took until 8.35pm for the vehicles to be recovered and the road fully re-opened.
