Hildenborough: Two men attacked during burglary

Police have launched an investigation after two men were attacked and burgled by a group of masked raiders.

The pair were assaulted by three men at an address in Nizels Lane, Hildenborough at around 7.20pm last night.

One of the suspects was white, in his late teens and 5ft 10ins. The second was black, in his late 20s to early 30s, 6ft 2ins, of slim build, with short dark hair. The third is described as white and in his 20s.

All three are said to have had their faces covered with balaclavas and it is believed they left the scene in a car.

The two men were taken to a local hospital for medical attention to injuries that are not described as serious.

A white substance was seized at the scene that will be sent for analysis.

One of the two men taken to hospital, a 27-year-old man from Surrey, was arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug and is now in custody.
