Tonbridge have signed a striker with a prolific record over the past couple of years.
Angels manager Jay Saunders said this week he was looking for a new forward after loanee Makise Evans returned to Stevenage.
And he has his man after landing Gianluca Botti from Isthmian Premier club Lewes, describing him as a “natural goalscorer”.
Botti, 23, scored 29 times for Camberley in the 2022/23 campaign.
He did even better last season, scoring 31 goals for Chertsey as they won promotion from Isthmian South Central.
A brief spell at Whitehawk followed before joining Lewes, scoring seven goals in 12 games.
Saunders told the Tonbridge website: “He is a natural goalscorer, a good age and has scored at every level at which he has played, so I’m hoping that he can slot straight in.
“After losing Makise it was important that we brought a forward in and it’s a permanent signing.
“He has all the attributes to come in and hit the ground running and add some goals to the side.”
