Sixth person arrested in Tunbridge Wells murder investigation

Another man has been arrested in connection with a murder inquiry in Tunbridge Wells.

A 25-year-old man from Romford in Essex has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is being held in custody.

He joins a man aged 28, two men aged 18 and a 17-year-old already being held in custody on suspicion of murder after a man was discovered fatally injured in Caley Road at around 3.15am on Saturday.

The 17-year-old was also arrested on suspicion of producing cannabis and being concerned in supplying a controlled drug.

A fifth person, a 33-year-old woman from Essex, was arrested on suspicion of assisting an offender.

To date, no charges have been brought.

Police have appealed to the public for help with their inquiries.

They particularly want to see any CCTV, doorbell or dashcam footage that may have been captured around the time of the offence.
